Nurturing Caregivers As You Nurture Others

You want to feel capable and confident as a caregiver and still have time for your own life. It would help if you had solutions that meet your changing circumstances.

Caregiving may be totally new for you, or you’ve got some experience.

Whether you’re beginning or caregiving has ended, keeping your needs in mind is the priority.

I’m Kathy Koenig and I love supporting caregivers to be self-full as they care for someone. I’ve been a caregiver and worked with families for over 30 years. My goal is to bring more confidence and joy into your experience.

I help caregivers in some of the following ways:

  • Learn to identify your needs and make them a priority.

  • Identify your circles of care and how to use them.

  • Find the gaps in caregiving and get them filled.

  • Know that it’s okay to ask for help.

I love how you give practical advice in caregiving from your own expertise and experience. It makes me feel like I have a coach who cares and supports me. What I appreciate most is your softness and skillfulness, and how you’re always ready to show the next best step.
