I’ve had the days, weeks, and months where I was just tired of being tired. Exhausted by not knowing what to do and how to do it.
Thankfully, I was able to figure it out — and get my life back in the process.

— without falling for the lie that they have to sacrifice their happiness in the process.
So often, we believe we have to be 100% selfless to be good caregivers.
We believe this so much that we put ourselves dead last and end up feeling emotionally, physically, financially, and even spiritually depleted. It doesn’t have to be this way!
