The Confident Caregiver Method
-
Being a family caregiver is a lot of work.
Even when you’re 100% emotionally committed to it, it can wear on you.
The problem is that as soon as you feel like your caregiving plan is perfect, life throws you a curveball and things have to shift.
Suddenly, you aren’t sure of your next step or where to turn.
Confidence morphs quickly into confusion and chaos. You don’t have time to do the research and your loved one doesn’t want anyone but you to help.
This is where my Confident Caregiver Method comes into play.
Together, we’ll sort out your priorities and create custom action steps specifically for you which you can begin to implement right away.
By working through and implementing my Confident Caregiver Method, you’ll finally be able to reclaim your own sense of rest and balance, which will make it so much easier for you to provide the level of care you want (and your family needs).
The B.R.E.A.T.H.E. Grief Method
-
I’ve long felt there was a missing piece of the puzzle in caregiving and life. Recognizing and honoring our grief is that piece. Grief manifests in so many different ways and not just through the loss of a loved one.
We grieve the loss of who we used to be, the roles we used to play, the lives we used to have, and even the relationships that once brought us joy. I’m grateful to help people process grief and loss — however they may show up — and to help them recognize and honor their feelings during the process.
As a Grief Coach, I offer more resounding support to my clients, including:
Understanding the various types of grief and loss — and the unique challenges of each one
Knowing when you need formal grief coaching to process your emotions
Using assessment tools to provide you with feedback on your progress
Working with you 1-on-1 to set goals and get clear on what’s most important to you
Offering weekly meetings and email support between sessions
Helping you create your Circle of Support and your Health & Wellbeing Toolbox
Using guided imagery, breathwork, gratitude, forgiveness, and Qigong for Grief to support your holistic healing of mind, body, and soul.
Client appointments for the B.R.E.A.T.H.E. program are available. If you, or someone you know, are looking to explore your grief experience, let’s begin with a conversation.
